Soma Temple integrates modern practices in the fields of somatics, anatomy, neuroscience, and psychology with ancient, ritual practices, ceremonies and shamanism. Full body presence tools, integration techniques, and transformative processes are also utilized. These unique combinations reveal clarity towards one’s self, relationships and interactions with the world.

Melissa Lumina Vlahos is a Sexological Bodyworker and Sex Coach, Women's Embodiment Mentor, Integrative Pelvic Health practitioner and artist. For nearly 10 years she has been holding sacred space and guiding women to safely express, integrate and embrace all aspects of themselves with love, compassion and acceptance.
Utilizing trauma informed skills, anatomical knowledge and Source wisdom she works with the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the body to access holistic wholeness. Melissa creates a sacred container for women to learn about their erotic body, awaken their sexual self, honor their body as a temple and trust their body’s wisdom, while her gentle self-empowered bodywork sessions support the nourishment of the Divine Feminine. Her approach of empowering you to be the teacher and curious student of your own body opens up an access point for sustainable results and self-attunablity to your body’s infinite source of knowledge.
The founder of The Unleashed Project and SOMA Temple, Melissa believes that “when we come from a place of love and self-acceptance then we can truly be ourselves-Unleashed.”
