The Wild Feminine Retreat

A weekend to RELEASE, UNLEASH and EMBODY the Sacred Wild Feminine!

Melissa Lumina Vlahos and Ashley Suzelis have curated a powerful weekend where we will be in ceremony to dive deep within and cultivate a stronger sense of what it means to embody an empowered sense of Self through exploring the archetype of the Wild Woman.

Join us for 2 nights surrounded in communion with nature and supportive sisterhood where we will powerfully connect & alchemize our Wild Feminine wisdom through specially crafted practices and rituals to evoke an everlasting presence of Her.

 

We will do this through inquiry & self-reflection, embodiment practices, cultivating self-love & acceptance, presence within and with nature as a reflection of Self, learning the Feminine & Blood Mysteries, liberation of the voice, creative expression, and more!

This retreat is all inclusive, so healthy organic meals and lodging are provided with the ticket price.  We will be sharing a large cabin in the woods less than 2 hours south of Akron, Ohio.

About the facilitators

Melissa Lumina Vlahos is an Intimate Somatics and Embodiment Coach, Certified Sexological Bodyworker and artist.  For almost 10 years she has been holding sacred space and guiding women to safely express, integrate and embrace all aspects of themselves with love, compassion and acceptance.

Utilizing trauma informed skills she works with the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the body to access holistic wholeness.  Melissa creates a sacred container for women to learn about their erotic body, awaken their sexual self, honor their body as a temple and trust their body’s wisdom, while her gentle bodywork sessions support the nourishment of the Divine Feminine.  Her approach of empowering you to be the teacher and curious student of your own body opens up an access point for sustainable results and self-attunablity to your body’s infinite source of knowledge.  

The founder of The Unleashed Project and SOMA Temple, Melissa believes that “when we come from a place of love and self-acceptance then we can truly be ourselves-Unleashed.”

Ashley Suzelis is a licensed Esthetician specializing in Holistic skin care and the owner and operator of Forest of Youth, where 'Health is Beauty.' Ashley pampers with the finest organic skin care, organic herbs, time-tested ancient beauty secrets and the latest in modern spa technology to nourish your mind, body and spirit and encourage the divine light in you to shine! 

She offers customized facial and body treatments with a focus on attaining beautiful skin through enhancing health and balance. Aromatherapy, Acupressure, Reiki and relaxing music are used to bring a blissful state to encourage utmost relaxation and healing. She approaches the profession from a Holistic point of view in which she educates clients on healthy products and offers dietary suggestions. She assesses the concerns of her clients and helps guide them onto a healthy approach to beauty. She believes that beauty comes from being healthy and that sometimes pampering can be the right medicine to get the healing process started.
