A Bi-Weekly gathering for women to explore conscious touch, embodied awareness, and the art of receiving

What happens when women come together not only to share their stories, but to explore, through the body, what it means to give and receive?

For centuries, women have gathered in circles to share wisdom, stories, grief, joy, and the experiences of being women.  These gatherings offer something precious: connection, belonging, the experience of being heard, and the reminder that we don't have to navigate life alone.

The Receiving Circle is an invitation to experience that preciousness in a new way — through the body, as well as through words.
