Through a blend of education, guided practices, and group reflection, you'll gain valuable insights into your desires, pleasure, and relational dynamics--whether for personal transformation or as preparation for future Sexological Bodywork sessions with Melissa.

Many of the same foundational practices and teachings offered in Intimate Somatics 1:1 mentorship will be shared here, making this an excellent alternative if you're looking for a more affordable option or if you thrive in a group setting.
