SOMA Circle

Come into your Divine Feminine embodiment in our monthly SOMA circle for women.

Soma is a Greek word meaning body and is the root word for Somatics; a field within bodywork and movement studies concerning internal physical perception and experience. At SOMA, we focus on the internal bodily experience with emphasis on learning from and through the body. Our belief is that we are spiritual beings having a somatic experience. We harmonize Body, Mind, & Spirit through embodied and authentic feeling states to instill love, acceptance and pleasure at the core.

SOMA Circle is a hybrid women's circle, meaning the circles have the elements of sisterhood, community and heart-centered sharing but with a focus on the embodiment of the Divine Feminine and the rose.

SOMA Circle in-person embodiment gathering will be an opportunity for you to come into deeper connection with yourself, your emotional body and in relating with other women. 

Each circle there will be one or multiple somatic (body-based) exercises like conscious movement, breath practices and/or sound play that assist and guide you in regulating your nervous system, toning the vagus nerve, becoming connected, present and aware of your lived body and so much more. There will also be invitational opportunities to connect with the other women at the gathering to share intimately from the sacred voice of the body.

Living as an embodied woman is allowing the body to have a chance to sit in the drivers seat of your life. It effects your choices and decision making by building trust, confidence, safety and emotional fluency.

If you are curious about somatics, embodiment, accessing your Divine Feminine, your nervous system, feeling harmonized and awakened, meeting other like-hearted women, or my work in general, attending a SOMA Circle is a spring board into living a more authentically, expressed YOU!

These are community building gatherings, with the intention of being in sisterhood.   To be accessible to all women regardless of financial status, these circles are free.  If you are financially capable, a sliding scale offering of €2--€10 to SOMA Temple are appreciated.

***Please account for enough time to arrive and settle into the space. SOMA Temple doors will open at 19:00.  The Temple doors will close at precisely 19:30 and the circle will begin.  To respect the safe container that we are co-creating together please no exceptions after 19:30 and plan to stay for the entire gathering which ends at 21:00.

SOMA Circles will be offered on the 22nd of each month so mark your calendars now! In numberology, 22 holds the energy of balance, emotions and harmony. It symbolizes manifesting your highest desires and ideals into reality. When women gather the magic co-created is potent. Synchronizing that potency with the manifesting power of our embodied experience as a woman takes us to the depths of remembering our Divine Feminine within, her purpose, passion and pleasure.

Event will be indoors

I expect that all particpants will exercise self-responsiblity and respect of others regarding the Covid protocols according to the government laws of Greece. I ask that all persons entering the temple wash their hands. Hand sanitizer is also available. Please be mindful of distance and ask before giving hugs. Please be respectful of peoples' preferences.

About the facilitator:  Melissa Lumina is passionately dedicated to shifting the paradigm of women's expression to one which is holistic, liberated and empowered. She has been holding space and guiding women for over 10years, to allow women to safely express, integrate and embrace all sides of themselves with love, compassion and acceptance.
