Our womb, heart, and throat are intimately connected. When one is out of balance, the others are impacted.

In this embodiment workshop we will be exploring and making somatic connections between these three powerful pillars~the throat~the heart~the womb.

These connections will then help you in developing a deeper and more rich connection to your body temple and embodying the frequencies of expression, love and intuition through multiple somatic exercises and practices.

We are going to attribute more than an hour in every center. What is being offered is a combination of meditation, embodiment practices, free creative expression and ceremony.
