Ritual Play with guest facilitator Sonja Eiger

Ritual Play is a simple practice to explore authentic, moment to moment contact with yourself and others in a clear container.

We will start with a somatic practice to orient in the space and then a short group check in.

I will explain the 8 Steps, the 4 Agreements, and the 4 Invitations of Ritual Play.

And then you can choose to try a Solo ritual play and after that there will be opportunities to try it with another person and also in little groups of people.

I am super grateful for how Ritual Play has enhanced the quality of my relationships and expanded my capacity of present, authentic contact with myself and others.

I feel much joy sharing this precious, simple practice with all those that want to try it out.
