The Blue Lotus Flower (Nymphaea Caerulea) or also know as the Sacred Water Lily is a gentle but powerful plant medicine that awakens and opens us up as a portal into our inner world, sensations, desires and dreams.This botanical treasure has been honored since ancient times in Egypt and Greece during ritual and ceremony for enhancing spiritual insight, evoking transcendent visions, spiritual experiences, and elevating consciousness. It was believed to open a gateway to the divine realms and facilitate communication with higher powers. That’s why it has been a symbol of enlightenment and associated with the third-eye chakra.

New moons are an opportunity to set intentions and “plant the seeds” of what we want to grow, co-create, or manifest. (The portal to work with the supportive energy of the new moon on 1/11 will still be open for us to utilize).

Womb Dream Journeying helps us come in touch with our intuition, inner world and somatic wisdom. Many of us have been disconnected from this

feminine dimension. The body, especially the pelvic area, is the forgotten feminine dimension that speaks to us, gives us messages, communicates

our intuition and births our dreams.

About The Facilitator, Melissa

I guide and support my clients and small groups by working with the somatic memory of the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the body, bridging the conscious with the subconscious, and utilizing trauma informed skills, to access holistic wholeness, expression, and healing.  My approach of empowering you to be the teacher and curious student of your own body supports autonomy with sustainable results and opens up a portal to your body’s infinite source of wisdom for living an embodied, ecstatic life.

I am a certified pelvic health & sexual wellness practitioner. I also work with the medicines of plant & honey, and I’m an artist.  Last year I mentored with Jasmeen Hana, founder of BLISS – Blue Lotus International Soul School.

In 2021, I founded SOMA Temple, a ritual spa sanctuary in Athens center for women to feel, embody, and connect to the wholeness of their Divine Self.

About the Co-Facilitator, Judit

Judit is a Vinyasa, Hatha & Restorative yoga teacher (RYS200) and Sound Therapy Yoga Consultant, currently training in sound work at the Peter Hess®️ Academy. Her work with sound and yoga is about bringing a sense of expansion, finding the stillness within, to cultivate deeper connection with the body and Self inspired by her Intimate Somatics Mentorship at Soma Temple.
