As I navigate perimenopause and manage endometriosis with hormones, I’ve felt my libido shift. But rather than letting it fade, I chose to turn toward it—to nourish it, awaken it, and reclaim it.

This practice has reminded me that our sexual energy isn’t just about desire.

It’s life force. Creative energy. Feminine power.
